- What is LoadCentral?
- LoadCentral is an Innovative module that provides IES® Host and ASP customers a method to reduce manual labor when tendering loads between parties. LoadCentral reduces time in data entry making your company more efficient when you tender loads and trucks between your Logistics Divisions or outside carriers.
With LoadCentral, IES customers can offer loads or trucks, which are automatically matched with carriers, loads, and equipment found in the larger IES customer network based on each party's unique needs. Carrier, equipment, and load data are stored automatically within the system and are readily available when needed.
- Automatic Load Tendering
- LoadCentral allows you to select and rank carriers you wish to broker loads to automatically. The loads are sent to carriers you approve electronically in much the same way as an EDI order. The carrier views each offer and then accepts or rejects the orders. Once LoadCentral creates the match, your loads are sent to the matched carrier. After a load is accepted by your carrier, load status transactions and tracking are automated within your system. Loads are either sent directly to a carrier you specify or can be sent through a load matching process.
- Streamlined Load Tracking
- Since both carriers use the IES system, check-calls, such as dispatched, loaded, and empty, flow through LoadCentral to the original order in your own IES system. Status changes in loads are automatically posted to your system, which eliminates calling, faxing, and e-mailing carriers and asking for load status.
- Increased Profits and Lowered Costs
- LoadCentral increases profits by enhancing your ability to broker loads. Additionally, LoadCentral automates order entry and load status updates, which lowers your costs by reducing your administration time. LoadCentral also eliminates the costly errors of manual data entry.

Carriers that you do business with can become members of LoadCentral as well through our ASP system at a very reasonable cost. - LoadCentral assists in balancing lanes in your service market, regardless if it is excess trucks or extra loads. Orders that you have that cannot be covered cost effectively with your own equipment can be posted on LoadCentral to be matched with quality carriers that need the loads. Your equipment that needs a load can also be posted, allowing the system to match it with a load destined to an area that you want to serve and that is in the area where you need a load.
