ICE is now confirmed for April 12-14, 2010 at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville.

WHAT IS ICE?

For almost 30 years, we have offered our Innovative Conference and Exhibition (ICE) Users' Group meetings at select locations throughout the US.

ICE is attended annually by a wide variety of Innovative customers who represent a broad cross-section of the industry. Attendees included software users, executives and IT staff interested in learning new ways to take advantage of Innovative software and services. Key Innovative partners from the transportation industry also enhance the experience by offering customers a chance to learn about their complementary offerings.

Thanks to ICE's sessions, seminars and hands-on labs, combined with trucking centered networking opportunities, time to meet with Innovative's team and the presence of selected vendors, ICE is an exceptional opportunity to enhance the value of your software investment.

ICE 2009 IN REVIEW

Despite a very tough economy, hundreds of people from Innovative customers, prospects and partners attended this year's event at the Renaissance hotel in downtown Nashville on April 6-9. The consensus was that the sessions, topics, vendors, events and location were exceptional.

With over 60 hours of new or completely updated sessions, ICE offered our attendees topics designed to meet their needs.

• Technical Training and Demonstrations including IES Aware™, Cost Centers, System Security and Logistics
• Innovative led discussions on IES® Strategic Initiatives, Bulk, EDI and others
• Practical sessions on topics such as Cost Cutting Measures and new FMCSA regulations

In addition, sessions introduced customers to new Innovative offerings including the Enterprise Imaging Interface and Innovative FleetRx® U9, released in April 2009, and future offerings such as IES® R9 and Intermodal.

Attendees included both premise-based IES® customers and online SaaS customers. These same attendees represented most of the major departments touched by Innovative software and were from all levels of their companies, with over 80% from middle- and upper-level management.

As always, our Exhibit Hall was quite popular and offered customers nine hours to meet with Innovative partners. Special events rounded out the equation through the exceptional opportunity to meet with and learn from other Innovative customers.
