INNOVATIVE CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION (ICE) ICE 2009 is now scheduled for April 6-9, 2009 at the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Nashville.
This new location is centrally situated within walking distance of hot Nashville venues including the Ryman Auditorium, Sommet Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Printer's Alley, the District and hundreds of restaurants and live entertainment options. Due to its proximity to the Sommet Center, Nashville's NHL hockey arena, we will offer tickets to the Predators' final, regular-season game scheduled for that Tuesday night (Nashville Predators vs. Chicago Blackhawks). Discounted tickets will be sold in advance for all attendees wishing to join us at this very exciting game. Most importantly, ICE 2009 promises many new sessions including a first hand look our upcoming releases of IES® and FleetRx®. In order to accommodate greater flexibility in attendee travel schedules and the variety of new sessions, we will be working with a new schedule for ICE 2009. We recommend all ICE 2009 attendees, including advisory council members, plan to attend ICE from Monday, April 6, through noon on Thursday, April 9. General Schedule:
