Sponsors will be welcome at the majority of our General and Breakout sessions with the exception of vendor led presentations or panels and certain technical presentations. Sponsors are also welcome at all social opportunities including:
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall will be open during all meals and during our Monday evening reception. These hours are:
- Monday
- 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Tuesday
- 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
- Wednesday
- 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Exhibit Hall Tear-Down
Tear-Down is scheduled to begin at 1:30 PM on Wednesday May 14.
In order to give attendees optimum time to visit with vendors, we require that vendors do not begin tearing down their booths prior to this time.
