Session Schedule
Special Events
Given the group of people attending ICE each year and the excitement our entertainment generates, events at ICE are always wonderful.
This year will be no exception. ICE 2008 events will begin with our annual golf tournament on Monday afternoon at the renowned Republic Golf Course. Following the tournament and our Monday afternoon sessions, ICE 2008 will celebrate our 25th ICE meeting with an 80's party in our exhibit hall. We'll round out our special events with a spectacular off-site trip for some down home cooking, live music and fun.

Our annual golf tournament will be held on May 12 at The Republic Golf Course, which was rated as the #1 golf course in San Antonio (2006 and 2007 - San Antonio Express / News)! For more information on our golf tournament, visit our Golf page.
80's Night
Scheduled for Monday at 7:30 PM in our Exhibit Hall, our 80's night party will celebrate 25 years of ICE by enjoying the decade which saw the first ICE meeting. This special opening night reception will include an 80's DJ, 80's trivia from our sponsors and, for the daring, 80's garb! We encourage all customers and sponsors to wear their favorite florescent sweaters, big hair, leg warmers and bracelets!

It's a riverside fiesta! Enjoy the evening both indoors and out with a new festival on the riverfront's patios and terraces. This event will promises a Mexican fiesta complete with a strolling mariachi band, sumptuous food and much loved San Antonio surprises. |
