EDUCATIONAL SERVICES Education leads to knowledge. Innovative Educational Services Classroom Training

All regularly scheduled classroom training sessions in either office are offered free of charge to our software support customers. Training is available in Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Risk / Safety. Going beyond the basics, these classes cover elements in payroll, accounting, fuel management, inventory, dispatch, driver acquisition, driver retention and much more. With a large training and implementation staff, our trainers are also able to work with you at your location, on your systems and with your information. Held in your own offices, and working exclusively with members of your own team, On-Site Training opportunities are classes customized to your specific needs. All On-Site Training is customized to the needs of the individual organization. The time involved with these sessions can be determined by the topics needed by your staff. Billing for these services is based on the number of days that your session will last and travel expenses, so courses can be made to fit within your budget. Innovative Computing Corporation meets this need by enhancing our start-up, On-Site Training options with an included Phone Training option. Once the system is up and running, Innovative's Customer Support team is ready to help your staff with questions along the way. Designed to offer theory and technical courses for all levels of users and employees, the Innovative University is available online for all support subscribers. Annual User's Group Meetings (ICE) Each year, all customers of Innovative software are invited to join us at our User Group meeting (formerly- Innovative Conference and Exhibition, or ICE), which is held in a major U.S. city or conference event facility. This three day event is designed as a key learning experience for our customers, improving their use of our software's capabilities and introducing them to what's new. ICE is now combined with TMW TransForum, the user conference and exhibition for all TMW customers, and a major industry event. Like Innovative Users' Group meetings, TMW TransForum offers a tradition of Excellence and Education with industry-wide networking opportunities, business and management leadership information and intensive classroom seminars and learning sessions. Hundreds of leaders and staffers from TMW customers around the US and Canada attend this event annually. Innovative attendees will find more than 60 sessions to help them make better use of Innovative software and integrated solutions. Enhancing these sessions are staffed support labs for individual questions and solutions as well as leading industry vendor participation with exhibits and presentations.
