Innovative Computing Corporation offers a broad range of educational opportunities to allow each of our customers to select the best option for their trucking company's software training needs. Classroom Training

Innovative Computing Corporation's 12 Seat Training Center is designed for hand-on training of users of our Innovative Enterprise Software® (IES®), which serves trucking companies throughout the US and Canada.Conveniently located in Brentwood TN, Innovative offers a controlled environment available for scheduled training opportunities away from the distractions of a busy office, classroom training creates an atmosphere designed for intensive, hands-on learning.

All regularly scheduled classroom training sessions in either office are offered free of charge to our software support customers. Training is available in Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Risk / Safety. Going beyond the basics, these classes cover elements in payroll, accounting, fuel management, inventory, dispatch, driver acquisition, driver retention and much more.

On-Site Training

With a large training and implementation staff, our trainers are also able to work with you at your location, on your systems and with your information. Held in your own offices, and working exclusively with members of your own team, On-Site Training opportunities are classes customized to your specific needs.

All On-Site Training is customized to the needs of the individual organization. The time involved with these sessions can be determined by the topics needed by your staff. Billing for these services is based on the number of days that your session will last and travel expenses, so courses can be made to fit within your budget.

We will then contact you to determine your organization's training options and begin work to create a tailor made training solution for your company.

Phone Training and Support

One of Innovative Computing Corporation's two trucking software support centers. With fully connected centers located in Oklahoma and Tennessee, Innovative offers extensive support services to our customers as part of their software support agreements.Innovative provides Phone Training to all new customers when their software is first installed. This initial 'go-live' period is when we will familiarize your staff with the software.

During this phase, it is critical for users have a proper start with the system. Innovative Computing Corporation meets this need by enhancing our start-up, On-Site Training options with an included Phone Training option.

Once the system is up and running, Innovative's Customer Support team is ready to help your staff with questions along the way. With extended support hours, Customer Support is available by phone or e-mail during your business day regardless of your time zone.

Annual User's Group Meetings (ICE)

Each year, Innovative Computing Corporation holds its Innovative Conference and Exhibition (ICE) at a different and exciting location. Rotating between three national destinations, this three day event is designed to meet the learning needs of our customers.

Hundreds of leaders and software users from Innovative customers around the nation and Canada attend this event annually. Considered by many to be one of the best training and networking opportunities of the year, ICE guests are offered over 65 sessions to learn about how to make better use of Innovative software.

Enhancing these sessions are three full days of staffed support labs for individual questions and solutions as well as a third day of topic centered, hands-on labs and vendor presentations.

In addition, a limited number of selected industry vendors are invited to participate in ICE to provide additional learning opportunities. These vendors are screened carefully for their integration with our Innovative Enterprise Software® and their relevance to our customers. Offering vendor panels on Mobil Communications, Imaging and various other elements of the industry, vendors enhance ICE and broaden the learning experience for our guests.
