CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
In the transportation industry, where last year's information technology is obsolete, longevity is not always the basis for determining an employee's value. How do you determine if a specific level of competence exists? Certification is the clearest route.

Innovative Computing Corporation offers certification exams in Administration, Operations, Payroll and Risk Management. Individuals may select to complete one certification exam or any combination of exams.

WHY CERTIFICATION?
Certification testing is a good way to ensure that professionals possess knowledge of a product or system. While certification does not guarantee exceptional performance, it does provide a tool to measure software knowledge.
Certification is an advantage to companies and users alike. Companies can utilize certification as a recruitment or standardization tool, while users can gain confidence and professional credentials.

TO WHOM IS CERTIFICATION AVAILABLE?
Certification is available to all current users of Innovative Enterprise Software® products who are on software support. The tests are offered through our training program in Brentwood, TN.

WHAT TYPES OF CERTIFICATION ARE OFFERED?
A basic, intermediate, and advanced level certification for four of the core IES® modules, including Operations, Payroll, Administration and Risk Management is offered.
Re-certification is recommended for each release.

WILL YOU OFFER STUDY MATERIALS?
Tests are developed directly from the IES R8 documentation. All customers have a CD containing this documentation.
Certification success is related to an individual's amount of study of the documentation and their hands-on training and work experience.

A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of a certification test.

WHERE DOES TESTING TAKE PLACE?
Testing is offered at Innovative's Brentwood, TN office and in conjunction with customer on-site training requests. Certification is frequently offered at a discounted rate at our annual ICE User Meetings as well.

ON WHAT SOFTWARE VERSION WILL I BE TESTED?
All certification tests will be based on Release 8 (R8) and will be periodically updated to newer releases as appropriate.

HOW ARE TEST QUESTIONS WRITTEN?
Certification tests consist of between 60 and 80 multiple choice and true/false questions. This number varies with the test subject. The tests are timed. You will have 60 minutes to complete each test.

WHAT IF I FAIL THE TEST?
The test may be taken a second time. The recommended time between tests is 3 months to allow for a reasonable amount of preparation time between testing.
The standard test fee will be charged for retesting as well as re-certification.
