EXECUTIVE BIOS
Ernie Betancourt President
Ernie has been involved in the transportation industry for many years. His experience
includes co-founding a company that became the largest provider of point-of-sale systems
to truck stops. In 2001, Ernie led the management buyout of PBB TransIT and Innovative
Computing Corporation by BetaZone, Inc. Ernie holds an MBA and is a Certified Public
Accountant (TN, Inactive).
Kokesh Kadakia Vice President and CIO
As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Kokesh is responsible for development of
all Innovative Enterprise Software® systems, including product definition, development and
testing. He is in charge of developing the expertise, discipline and bench strength necessary
to support the growing customer base. He is also responsible for the operations and
monitoring of Innovative's offering of IES® over the Internet. Kokesh brings over 14 years
of industry experience and over 18 years of management experience. Prior to his current
role, Kokesh had been part of IBM Global Services, Comdata Corporation and Trendar
Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics and an M.S. in
Statistics.
Deborah Betancourt Vice President of Operations
Deborah has over 17 years of trucking industry experience including work as the Vice
President of Trendar Corporation and Vice President of Product Management at Comdata.
Deborah's experience includes responsibilities for a 24/7 customer support operation, management
of systems installation and training, product development and product management.
Through her role at Innovative, Deborah oversees the Customer Support, Implementation and
Documentation departments of Innovative and serves as the Secretary of Innovative's parent
company BetaZone.
Joanne Williams Vice President of Sales
Joanne joined Innovative in the fall of 2006 after working 14 years within the manufacturing
industry. During her tenure, Joanne served in various roles including Executive Vice
President and President of a 45-year-old company. Joanne's successes include a corporate
sales increase of 300% over an eight-year period. Joanne is educated in communications
and brings experience from earlier work in the field of broadcast journalism, working as a
producer and reporter. In her role at Innovative, Joanne oversees the continued growth and
development of Innovative's sales and marketing team and will be strategically responsible
for the enhancement of Innovative's partner program and Innovative's approach to customer
relationship management.
